At CommNetUK we offer three levels of IT support contracts for our customers and our Silver IT support contracts are proving to be very popular with companies who are based in the Midlands area and the surrounding counties. Our prices below detail what is supported under each type of support contract.
If you feel your organisation is not at the correct size to have a support contract we also offer excellent pay as you go services with fast response times. Please note with 'Pay as You Go Support' a £25 call out charge is applied to visits over 10 miles from our office.
NOTE: Out of office hours support is between 6:00 PM till 9:00 AM week days and all week end hours. All our prices shown exclude VAT.
